Job Requirements
- 4+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Growth Data roles (startup/marketplace experience a plus)
- Strong SQL, dbt, and Python skills
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Looker, and Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Tableau)
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, growth experimentation, and marketing attribution
- Ability to translate cross-functional questions into data deliverables
- Bonus points: AI/ML data workflows, A/B testing tools (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly), Airflow, PLG or marketplace analytics, paid channel attribution
