• Contribute innovative ideas to the technical and product roadmaps, estimating effort. • Work closely with product managers and engineers to turn abstract business needs into scalable technical implementations. • Proactively solve code challenges by anticipating breaks and considering downstream impacts. • Take full end-to-end responsibility for complex initiatives, from scoping to production deployment and maintenance. • Improve departmental code quality through thoughtful, detailed code reviews and establishing best practices for AI-assisted development. • Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new techniques and keeping a record of tech debt with paths to resolution. • Handle complex issues independently, serving as the technical authority for the team.

• Providing general DM support role tasks. • Perform EDC validation UAT, data listings review, data issues tracking and query management. • External data reconciliation, data listings review coordination. • Perform EDC build validation and update supporting documentation. • Assist oversight of EDC users and manage user access. • On-time and comprehensive review of clinical study data listings. • Reconciliation of data points collected in EDC with other sources. • Support the design and testing of technical CDM components.
