Renewals Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Software Subscription Renewal Manager who is detail-oriented and possesses strong multi-tasking skills that can help drive customer retention. Proven success with customers and multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Finance team) to ensure that value is realized for the customer, and commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. - Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling, and related subscription renewals. - Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities. - Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal, and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction. - Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers. - Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions. - Fluent Spanish speaker, as well as excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally. Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus). - Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels. - Contract negotiations. - Performance oriented (has consistently met/exceeded a renewal and/or sales quota). - Expert organizational skills - ability to track and fulfill renewals. - Prioritization - Proven ability to allocate time to highest impact areas. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus).
  • Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels.
