As a Solution Principal Sr you will: - Align with top-line accounts to build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across business, technology, and transformation leadership. - Engage with senior IT and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and pain points, helping define holistic digital roadmaps and solution journeys that drive measurable business outcomes. - Partner with sales teams during opportunity qualification to evaluate and refine the understanding of client needs, ensuring solutions address both technical and organizational transformation requirements. - Lead and support discovery engagements to solidify initial solution scope, including technology architecture, operating model implications, and adoption considerations. - Incorporate Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder alignment, and enablement strategies into solution design to ensure successful adoption of new platforms, data capabilities, and AI-driven processes. - Define change, training and enablement approaches that prepare client teams to effectively use and sustain new solutions, including role-based learning, communication planning, and adoption metrics. - Represent client needs across all Insight capabilities, ensuring integrated solutions that span technology delivery, business transformation, change management, and enablement while expanding overall deal value. - Assemble and lead pursuit teams, clearly conveying responsibilities across architecture, delivery, change management, and training workstreams. - Design deal structures that achieve internal margin targets, support desired delivery pyramids, and align with customer expectations for transformation success and long-term adoption. What we’re looking for - Minimum of 10 years of delivery experience with a Major in the area(s) of Digital Enablement, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and/or AI, focused on Microsoft and/or AWS - Ability to gain a deep understanding of Insight's Microsoft+ portfolio - Proven track record of architecting complex solutions in pre- and post- sale motions - Strong understanding of clients' IT is purchasing decision-making process. - Ability to solution across multiple business units and offerings - Root cause analysis/problem solving What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
