Our client is seeking Consultants to work remotely who are well versed in all facets of Fixed income including but not limited to Fed Settlements specialist to join their growing team. This client is a member of the exclusive Fortune 500 group. This initially is as a Consulting opportunity with the opportunity for full-time employment with the first year for the right candidate(s). Making this opportunity even more attractive is the role is remote. The following are all pluses if you have experience interacting with any of these systems- Impact, BONY BDC, Helix and or FIS Phase3 System and Impact. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Impact and BNY BDC systems. Knowledge of monitoring a Broker Dealer's firm's liquidity to mitigate potential overdraft charges within BNY. - Experience tracking failed transactions (TMPG). - Experience in the Oversight of clients FICC activities and managing uncompared transactions, ensuring alignment with fund settlement requirements. - Experience interacting with clients' trading desks on collateral movements across various BNY accounts. - Experience if identifying and mitigating any types of risks associated with Fixed Income transactions. - Experience in either handling of escalating system issues and or client complaints to Senior management as necessary. - Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and clients' trading desks to ensure seamless operations. - Perform additional duties or responsibilities as required to support team and organizational goals. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Fed Settlement operations. - Comprehensive understanding of Impact and BNY BDC systems. - Familiarity with reconciliation processes between BNY and Impact. - Deep knowledge of TMPG and FICC processes, including CFM. Skills and Competencies: - Strong functional and technical expertise in systems like Impact, BNY BDC, and FICC. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to navigate complex operational challenges. - Solid understanding of Fed Settlement operations, products, and processes. - Proven ability to recognize high-risk items and escalate appropriately to mitigate losses or breaks.
