Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead and execute Teleneurology and software implementation projects, including both new client launches and existing program expansions. This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage projects from initiation through post go-live. - Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and KPIs are achieved within established timelines. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, persistent, and an exceptional communicator. - Minimal travel may be required to client sites for pre-go-live meetings. Responsibilities - Lead Project Planning & Alignment: Assist in defining project scope, gathering requirements, and aligning internal and external stakeholders on objectives and deliverables. - Client Guidance & Support: Advise clients on project timelines, resource allocation, prioritization, and best practices to ensure a smooth implementation. - Workflow & Process Optimization: Design and document detailed workflows and processes to drive project efficiency and execution quality. - Accountability & Ownership: Ensure clear ownership of deliverables and accountability across all involved parties. - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timeline and outcomes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with implementation teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders; facilitate meetings and drive collaboration as needed. - Progress Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular status updates, lead implementation meetings, and maintain transparent communication across all levels. - Project Execution & Relationship Management: Drive timely and successful delivery of projects while fostering strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. - Post-Implementation Analysis: Lead project debriefs, document key findings, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future service line expansion. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management and healthcare (Telehealth experience preferred). - Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google, CRM Tools, Video Conferencing software, as well as project management tools. - Must meet internet requirements for working from home. - Ability to travel as required. • Develop detailed briefs, expand creative concepts, create shot lists, coordinate with creators, and ensure editors have everything they need to execute • Act as a quality control point, comparing final edits to the original brief and driving alignment across the entire production pipeline • Manage the full production workflow from initial creative concept through delivery • Communicate directly with creators, editors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and handoffs across pre-production and post-production • Ensure each brief is executed accurately by comparing final edits to the brief and flagging gaps • Watch all final edits and verify alignment with creative and narrative intent • Provide clear feedback to editors and creators to improve structure, pacing, clarity, and brand alignment • Maintain high creative standards across all delivered video assets • Help refine internal templates, briefing structures, and production processes • Work closely with leadership to build scalable systems for managing multiple video projects • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve communication loops across the team

• Manage a portfolio of projects, including efforts tied to strategic accounts • Deliver value to our customers by owning project delivery outcomes from kickoff to closure for customer-facing solutions • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, budget, and risk factors through each project phase • Conduct project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings • Lead teams consisting of implementation engineers and influence everyone around you to deliver positive results for both Cleo and our customers • Understand and communicate the value of Cleo’s solutions to our customers • Thrive on assuming ownership for all project deliverables and outcomes • Support organizational growth by following best practices related to time accounting, forecasting, and budgetary management • Effectively communicate all project activities and needs with the customer and liaise with implementation engineers and other departments that support your projects • Help shape a growing and results-focused PMO with your delivery experience and strong project management skillset
