All applicants must have an active Public Trust and be willing to travel to the client site. - Coordinate cabling requirements and plan deployments with site owners and scheduling teams. - Install, lay, and organize network cables, ensuring proper bundling and neat routing. - Terminate cables using proper connectors and label all cables per project standards. - Test cables after installation to verify correct termination and provide soft copy test results. - Repair network ends of ethernet cables as needed. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED. - Minimum six (6) years of relevant cabling installation experience. - One or more BICSI credentials required: - BICSI Installer 1 (INST1) - BICSI Installer 2 Copper (INSTC) - BICSI Installer 2 Optical Fiber (INSTF) - BICSI Technician (Tech) - Ability to travel nationwide to FAA locations for scheduled project work. - Valid driver’s license. Requirements - Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one for FAA PIV card issuance. - Prior experience working in federal government or FAA facility environments.

You'll be a key technical voice shaping infrastructure strategy, driving security posture through zero-trust principles, and ensuring high availability for business-critical systems — all while working remotely on a collaborative, senior-level team. Key Responsibilities Design & Architecture - Architect scalable, resilient network solutions including routing/switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, QoS, and zero-trust segmentation. - Define requirements, evaluate technologies, and lead infrastructure changes from design through implementation. - Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for all network components.
