Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. - State RD license in state of residence (additional state licensure required after hire, as applicable). - Minimum 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary clinical or health-related setting. - Minimum 5 years of experience in weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and lifestyle behavior change. - Strong problem-solving skills, ethical judgment, and patient-education abilities. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications - Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). - Health Coach certification. - Experience leading or facilitating positive behavior change strategies. - Managed care experience. - Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Education - Bachelor’s degree.
