Job Description: The Nextpower Senior Sales Analyst will be based REMOTE. The Nextpower Senior Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs. The Senior Sales Analyst works closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that Nextpower is consistently exceeding customer expectations while ensuring sales maintains maximum margin contribution. This role will include a mix of internal and external management responsibilities. Internally, coordinating and driving departments to provide associated inputs to quotations. Externally, following up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors. The Senior Analyst will support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team with significant learning opportunities. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: - Exemplary critical thinking skills - Tenacious and commitment to execution and efficiency - Independent and self-motivated worker - Solution orientated - Intense collaboration and teamwork - Passionate customer focus - Commitment to thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution - Exemplary written and oral communication skills - Relentless drive to win - Keen attention to detail - Ability to anticipate and quickly react to changing market conditions - Exceptional time management and multitasking skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) how you will measure success: - Achieving / Exceeding group sales targets. - Data cleanliness in CRM system - Ability to coordinate and drive different departments to hit customer due dates - Support of other team members - Accuracy and completeness of handoff packages for the Operations team - 90% of allocated leads are followed up and closed out - Bid strategy summary report Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: - Sr. Sales Analyst team will divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads - Run bid strategy meeting for projects before quotes are released to customer - Working with your Sale Leader, you will assume functional control of complex multi-$M opportunities and usher them through the NX Sale Process from Customer RFP to contract execution and handoff. - Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders - Coordinate sales proposals with key stakeholders - Provide creative input to bid strategy - Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM - Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications - Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders - Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales - Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy - Work closely with Marketing & Product Management Team to provide input on new products - Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and provide excellent customer satisfaction - Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations - Form excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best in class quality of all Nextracker products. - Support the Director of Sales Operations and Manager of Sales Analysis on an ad-hoc basis - Other job related duties as assigned Here is some of what you’ll need (required): - 4+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience - BS/BA in a business or technical field or equivalent experience - Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience - Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems - Proven analytical background - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
