• Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding, performance management and engagement surveys. • Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to HR leadership and executive stakeholders. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations. • Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry best practices. • Facilitate communication and alignment between HR, hospital leadership, and corporate functions. • Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor project outcomes and impact. • Assist in vendor management and coordination for HR-related tools and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or HR certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus.
