Group Sales Manager

HAUS

• Lead hotel room and event group sales efforts • Proactively prospect and convert group room blocks • Conduct site tours, virtual tours, and presentations • Manage room block reservations • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams • Sell, plan, and service F&B events • Create detailed BEOs and work with culinary and service teams • Monitor event profitability • Partner with GM and F&B Director to forecast revenue • Maintain pipeline and report key metrics • Uphold brand standards and ensure exemplary service

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hotel group sales experience
  • Strong track record of driving revenue and cultivating repeat business
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Genuine appreciation for clean, complete CRM data
  • Passion for the outdoor, culinary, recreation, or wellness space
  • Familiarity with resort destinations and seasonality trends
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, hospitality, business, or a related field
