Als Cloud Platform / DevOps Engineer ist deine Mission der Developer Self-Service bei unseren Kunden. Du befähigst unsere App-Entwicklerinnen und -Entwickler, über eine smarte, hochverfügbare Plattform möglichst eigenständig auf Informationen zuzugreifen und Deployments durchzuführen. Dabei hast du den gesamten Software-Delivery-Lifecycle im Blick - vom Aufbau der Cloud-Infrastruktur bis hin zum Performance-Monitoring. Hier bist du nicht nur Administrator, sondern Architekt einer modernen Developer Experience. Du setzt dein Expertenwissen ein, um Management-Cluster ausfallsicher zu betreiben. Im Fokus stehen hier: - Plattformaufbau & GitOps (ArgoCD): Du betreibst und entwickelst hochverfügbaren Management-Cluster weiter. Du erarbeitest eine Strategie für Self-Service-Deployments, richtest das passende RBAC ein und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und dem Review von Helm Charts. - Observability & Incident Management: Du wartest Observability-Cluster, implementierst Tracing-Tooling (Grafana Alloy + Tempo) und feilst gemeinsam mit dem Services-Team an smarten Alert-Regeln (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Loki). - CI/CD & Developer Tooling: Du verantwortest eine OpenTofu-basierte Cluster-Provisionierung sowie die App-Pipelines (GitLab CI), immer mit einem Auge auf Security-Scanning und Stabilität. - Security Management: Du machst Cluster sicher und kontrollierbar.
