Senior Client Success Manager

• Partner with clients and internal teams to increase product adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and strengthen client loyalty and retention • Collaborate with clients to track and deliver on their business outcomes while promoting the value of Artisight's products and services • Support and improve processes involving both internal and external stakeholders, including software deployment, clinical consultation, and technical issue resolution • Drive new business growth within existing client accounts through advocacy and referenceability • Manage client escalations and guide them to successful resolution • Contribute to scaling Client Experience processes and policies alongside Artisight leadership • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to executive leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Client Success or Account Management with a technical (SaaS) product within Healthcare, or background in consulting or as a program delivery owner for a large enterprise within Healthcare
  • Experience working in healthcare, specifically with patient care delivery systems and hospital operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and drive customer retention with technical SaaS products
  • Comfort working with executives, clinicians, project managers, and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style, with the ability to adjust your approach for different audiences
  • A thoughtful, organized approach to managing complex processes and tracking client success metrics
  • Knowledge of nursing workflows and hospital operations.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and enterprise healthcare software is a bonus

Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving customer success, solution adoption, and strategic growth within our Insurity Marine Suite (IMS) product group. This cross-functional role blends Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Product Expertise to deliver value to our P&C Insurance customers. You’ll be responsible for building strong in-person relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with our customers to ensure their strategic business objectives are understood and that their utilization of the Insurity Marine Suite Product is appropriately leveraged to drive these objectives. This role requires domain knowledge in Marine Cargo Insurance, is based in North America, and requires regular in-person engagement with clients and partners.
