Role Description Culligan Quench is seeking a proven commercial leader to serve as Business Development Manager for our Indirect Division, which manufactures and distributes bottled water and point-of-use (POU) equipment through a network of 500+ dealers across North America. This remote role will drive customer growth, deepen relationships with key partners, and support strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share objectives for customers in the Western portion of the United States and Canada. - Proactively engage new and existing prospects through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online channels - Retain and grow business with existing customers by investing in relationships with key stakeholders - Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions that deliver value - Execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Drive adoption of new products across customer base - Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates - Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience - Support initiatives that drive both top-line growth and margin improvement - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner Qualifications - Proven track record in sales, tele-sales and/or business development - Experience with dealer/distributor business models; Bottled Water, POU, filtration, or related industries strongly preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Ability to travel up to 25% as required Benefits - Competitive base salary with bonus potential - Tuition reimbursement - Medical, vision, and dental insurance, all of which begin day one of employment - Short- and long-term, supplemental, and company-paid life insurance - 401(k) retirement savings plan - Paid Time Away - $75,000 - $75,000 a year Company Description Culligan Quench’s purpose is to impact people’s lives and improve the earth by helping to eliminate the 500 million plastic bottles consumed each year. Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, tele-sales and/or business development
- Experience with dealer/distributor business models; Bottled Water, POU, filtration, or related industries strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required

As part of the M3 family of companies, The Medicus Firm benefits from M3’s physician reach through millions of active physicians who regularly participate in market research, continuing education, clinical research, professional enrichment, etc. Job Description - Establish, develop, and maintain sales efforts and processes to ensure quality of client servicing is of the highest possible standard. - Generate new leads with prospective clients. - Effectively sell company’s services and develop new business by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships. - Maintain and drive additional business with current accounts through strategic account development and client relationships. - Achieve all individual sales goals and quotas, meeting as a minimum or exceeding sales targets quarterly and annually . - Contribute ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the Academics & Executive Division. - Effectively create, plan, and deliver presentations on company’s services. - Determine pricing schedules, create quotes, deliver proposals, and negotiate all contracts with prospective clients. - Contribute to a vibrant, competitive, and supportive culture within the team where all team members focus on achieving success for their accounts and building/fostering lasting client relationships. - Effectively advise clients, present services, overcome objections, and provide consultation and recommendations to clients. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required.
