Reverse Logistics Technical Lead
Wing
• Spearhead technical projects for returned assets and drones. • Design and implement processes for triage, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment. • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Providers. • Maintain technical documentation including repair manuals and guides. • Own data analysis and reporting related to technical rebuild metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or related technical role.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end reverse logistics processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
