Job Description
ITLS Technician
C1
• Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders • Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management • Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders • Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts • Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location
Job Requirements

- Solid Communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel to customer locations for project assistance
- CompTia A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA or equivalent certifications (Desired/Preferred Qualifications)
- Microsoft Office skills (Desired/Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate level degree (Desired/Preferred Qualifications)
