• Design, implement, and enhance features across web and mobile applications • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations that support platform functionality • Support CMS-based solutions, including Drupal, as well as other modern frameworks and platforms • Perform maintenance, bug fixes, and performance optimizations across systems • Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices • Support security, compliance, and documentation efforts, including ATO artifacts • Work closely with UX designers, content strategists, product owners, and engineers to deliver iterative, user-centered solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Contribute to technical documentation and shared engineering standards • Support technical planning, estimation, and continuous improvement activities • Other relevant duties as assigned and qualified/trained to perform.

• Join a small senior infrastructure team (one team lead + four engineers) • Define how Euroports builds and operates its cloud infrastructure • Design Azure-first solutions while staying close to implementation and real-world support • Help drive transformation toward automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and expanded PaaS adoption • Bring structure, repeatability, and resilience into the environment

• Building and maintaining the front-end for Voice Service Applications using React • Writing tests for front-end applications • Identify, define, and solve problems at scale • Ensure solutions meet specifications • Perform code reviews and respond to reviews made by others • Consistently deliver solutions with high quality

• Manage your own time while adhering to priorities set by the company. • Own complex engineering problems end-to-end, from problem framing and design through to delivery and iteration. • Take responsibility for critical areas of the platform, ensuring they remain reliable, performant, and maintainable. • Build new features and improve existing ones across our platforms. • Refactor legacy and modern codebases pragmatically, balancing long-term health with delivery needs. • Write tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software reliability. • Be involved in every phase of the software lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. • Participate in (and at times lead) deep technical discussions, helping drive sound decisions and trade-offs. • Work hands-on across backend and frontend systems, stepping in wherever the problem lives. • Identify inefficiencies and help streamline workflows, reducing unnecessary work. • Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, raising the bar through example rather than authority • Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality results and maintainable solutions.
