LTC Language Solutions is a language and cross-cultural training provider specializing in professional development for global organizations. We are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to deliver two virtual training sessions focused on India, specifically the Tamil-speaking region (Tamil Nadu). This is a 1099 independent contractor position. This role is not a W-2 employment opportunity. - Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor - Engagement: Two (2) virtual sessions, 2 hours each - Audience: Corporate professionals - Schedule: Dates to be determined based on trainer and client availability - Location: Virtual delivery Responsibilities - Deliver two engaging, interactive virtual cross-cultural training sessions - Provide practical insights into cultural norms, communication styles, business etiquette, hierarchy, and workplace expectations in the Tamil-speaking region of India - Customize content to align with client objectives and participant needs - Incorporate relevant case studies, discussion, and applied learning appropriate for adult professionals Qualifications - Demonstrated experience delivering cross-cultural or intercultural training (required) - Strong knowledge of Indian culture, specifically the Tamil-speaking region (Tamil Nadu) - Experience working with adult professionals in corporate environments - Experience facilitating interactive virtual training sessions - Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in intercultural communication, international studies, education, or a related field LTC Language Solutions partners with experienced independent trainers to deliver high-quality, practical learning experiences for global professionals.

• Participate in the authoring and review of clinical and regulatory documents relating to global marketing applications and clinical trials (eg, clinical study reports, protocols, safety narratives) • Learn and apply medical writing standards • Understand the process of distilling large amounts of clinical and scientific data into essential elements for tabular and graphical display • Perform literature-based research to support writing activities • Begin to understand global and regional regulatory requirements (eg. ICH E3) and how they impact clinical and regulatory writing • Liaise with clinical trial transparency colleagues to understand how data from clinical and regulatory documents is disclosed publicly

• Write engaging articles covering matches, players, tactics, transfers, and key developments. • Produce a mix of match analysis, opinion pieces, deep dives, and feature-style content. • Translate complex tactical and statistical insights into accessible, reader-friendly narratives. • Deliver well-structured, original, and factually accurate content within agreed deadlines. • Proactively pitch relevant topics based on trends, fixtures, and audience interest. • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, editorial standards, and SEO best practices.

• Develop concepts, storyboards, and write script content for various types of videos (explainer, promo, and interview style videos) • Create the angle, content, and tone according to the needs of the client and the audience for each video • Collaborate with clients and team members
