Role Description We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. - Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) - Greet and welcome guests - Answer questions and address complaints - Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages - Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them - Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. - Check, sort and forward emails - Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary - Keep updated records and files - Monitor office expenses and costs - Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.) Qualifications - Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position - Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) - Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping - Proficient in English (oral and written) - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) - Strong communication and people skills - Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities - Problem-solving skills - Customer service orientation - High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

• Serve as an emerging technical leader within the engineering team • Own complex development efforts while mentoring other engineers, improving engineering processes, and ensuring successful delivery • Design, develop, and maintain complex user-facing applications using Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using established Design System components • Lead development of reusable UI components and evolve the Design System across multiple applications • Develop, maintain, and improve automated UI testing using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks • Ensure frontend implementations meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues • Participate in on-call rotations and improve application monitoring and observability • Mentor Software Engineers I and II through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, UX designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders

• Build and optimize user-facing features with a strong emphasis on frontend performance, usability, and design quality • Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and iteration • Work across the stack to build backend integrations, APIs, and data flows when required • Independently scope, prioritize, and execute projects with minimal direction • Improve site performance, accessibility, and core web vitals • Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into intuitive, well-crafted interfaces • Debug production issues across frontend and backend systems • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability
