Role Description We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Portfolio Strategy Manager to help shape and drive the EMEA CMF & Neuro segment strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Defining product portfolio direction - Providing product-specific strategic input to the Marketing Director - Translating strategy into clear executional guidance for regional product and marketing teams - Leading the day-to-day management and implementation of the segment strategy - Supporting successful new product introduction (NPI) launches - Identifying proactive opportunities to accelerate segment growth - Portfolio optimisation, including rationalisation and excess & obsolete (E&O) management - Working cross-functionally with a broad range of interdisciplinary stakeholders including Sales, IBP Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Digital Marketing Communications, Product Academy, Internal Education, Medical Education, and strategic customer contacts - Developing and executing strategic marketing plans in close partnership with regional management teams Qualifications - B. A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology or a related field - Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, ideally within the Medical Device industry - Experience with selling and implementing strategies on a national/international basis within the healthcare environment - Profound technical knowledge of the CMF & Neuro Segment - Experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics - Ability to apply key industry trends to the segment footprint in EMEA - Strong skills in launching new products, developing and promoting successful product strategy - Critical thinking and strategic skills necessary to effectively execute deliverables and identify and drive potential up sale opportunities - Proactive and agile approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and respond quickly to changing priorities - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external healthcare professionals - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, other European languages are a plus - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-regional teams in an international, matrixed environment Requirements - Travel Expectations: 40-50% Benefits - EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
