Role Description As the Solution Architect, your primary focus will be solution designs for the ZIGUP group businesses using the Group Architecture building blocks. You will work with the business to understand the requirements for a technology solution, calling on our Engagement, Applications, Data, and Security areas to ensure that a proposed solution meets the business requirement and can be executed upon. - Work closely with other technology peers within the architect and engineering space. - Ensure solutions deliver business value. - Technically lead assigned projects. - Provide infrastructure designs for business solutions delivered through change services. - Articulate technology areas at a business level. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience working in a solution and design function for a large and complex business group. - Ability to produce articulate and accurate proposals and recommendations. - High level of trust and confidence to build excellent relationships with businesses. - Strong customer service orientation. - Extensive knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office 365 cloud services, Identity Services, and Security platforms. - Proven development of robust delivery frameworks ensuring effective service provision while maintaining data safety standards. Role Description We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Security Manager to oversee our Operations Security team, providing an exemplary service to our business. This is a fast-paced and diverse role where you'll lead a dynamic team of 4 to deliver an effective, proactive security function. You will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day activities are carried out within a controlled and compliant framework. You will need to continually improve the security of the platforms, based on our ISMS model. Automation is also very important to us, and we need you to lead the automation agenda.
