• Identify target OEM clients, set up meeting and to pitch service offerings • Develop a strong pipeline of OEM/EPC customers operating in capital goods industries • Build a long-term partnership with clients to achieve business success • Manage customers from the acquisition till retention stage to get repeated orders • Coordinate with internal team for easy transaction/closure of projects • Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue target and achieve them communicating with customers regularly to understand customer concerns, resolve them, and communicate the status of WIP orders

• Onboard SME supplier for specific region and manage relationships with them • Follow the defined SOP for onboarding SME suppliers on platform • Regularly visit facility of suppliers and collect marketplace enquiries • Drive adoption of products built by Zetwerk for SME suppliers • Manage relationship with local stakeholders, Industrial associations • Conduct local events for supplier relationship Management
