• Ensure technical visits are conducted with applicators of products sold by ZEN • Administer a standard questionnaire developed by leadership, capturing key information the company deems relevant • Report main information gathered during visits to the sales team by preparing written reports, including images and photos when available • Deliver presentations and training on both commercial and technical topics to applicators, counter staff, and salespeople at our clients • Ensure the effectiveness of commercial activities together with distributors • Contribute to continuous revenue growth by providing market information to support ongoing enhancement of current product lines and identification of new lines • Identify and report new customer prospects to drive continuous revenue and market-share growth • Identify opportunities for new business and to expand sales of existing products • Research products and/or information according to departmental requests
