Role Description This position supports the Department of Defense’s Spouse Education & Career Opportunities (SECO) contract, as part of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) team. The Job Search Navigator will work with Career Coaches and MSEP Specialists to assist military spouses in identifying MSEP job opportunities that align with the spouse’s background and goals. The location for this position is open as Zeiders may offer the option of telework within designated geographical areas. - Conduct job research and referral services on behalf of MSEP to facilitate employment opportunities for SECO military spouse population. - Develop an understanding of MSEP partner organizations including industry types, levels of positions, hiring initiatives, etc. - Connect regularly with MSEP Specialists to document hiring trends for each company or organization in the network. - Research MSEP job postings to stay current on opportunities available across the partnership. - Document and update military spouse job tracking records in the SECO Opportunities and Resource System (SOARS) with all pertinent metrics data and results. - Maintain additional correspondence between Career Coaches and reporting as required. - Work with Career Coaches to receive information about the military spouse and research potential job opportunities within the partnership. - Attend MSEP meetings to keep current on hiring initiatives. - Attend Career Coach meetings to share information on JSN services and hiring initiatives. - Liaise between Career Coaches, MSEP Specialists, and MSEP partners on behalf of the spouse, as needed to facilitate employment connections. - Perform ad-hoc job research and reporting services as assigned to support MSEP recruitment activities. Role Description The LMS Specialist works in the CNIC Division as part of the Professional Development and Training Team. This team supports government contracts delivering quality of life programming to service members and their families. The ideal candidate will provide help-desk support and troubleshooting learner issues, scheduling and management of events in the Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS, reporting on LMS activities, creation and maintenance of Adobe Connect classrooms, and supporting the delivery of webinars as a session producer. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to conduct quality control (QC) on projects, ability to prioritize and work with little supervision, and strong customer service skills. This is a telework position with non-traditional hours (2:00PM-10:30PM ET). Role Description The Capture Manager works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. (Zeiders) in the corporate home office located in Woodbridge, VA with the opportunity for remote work. The Capture Manager is a key member of the Business Development team responsible for leading capture efforts for new business opportunities across federal, state, local, and education markets. This role ensures seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to develop winning strategies, proposals, and solutions that align with the organization’s mission and growth goals. The Capture Manager will work closely with the Business Development Director and cross-functional teams to position the organization for successful bids. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and manage a collaborative capture process from opportunity identification through opportunity breakdown and Shipley capture phases to award, including win strategy, solutioning, teaming, pricing, and risk management, and ensuring competitive positioning and client engagement. - Conduct market and competitive research; develop customer and competitive landscape; and provide data-driven recommendations for bid/no-bid decisions. - Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with identified markets such as Federal/DoD and/or SLED agencies, prime contractors, teaming partners, subcontractors (including small, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses, and key stakeholders) to strengthen opportunity positioning. - Research and analyze government and education market trends, customer requirements, funding priorities, competitor positioning, and procurement vehicles to present capture strategies in an organized, logical format. - Coordinate with subject matter experts, program leaders, and proposal teams to ensure organized assessment and presentation of opportunities and responsive, compliant, and competitive proposals. - Maintain accurate pipeline data, capture plans, and status reports in CRM system; provide regular updates to the Business Development Director and leadership. - Identify and negotiate teaming agreements, subcontractor relationships, and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and competitiveness. - Ensure all capture activities comply with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable procurement regulations. - Support post-award transition planning to ensure smooth handoff to operations and program staff. - Represent Zeiders at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand market presence. - Travel up to 25–35% for client meetings, conferences, and site visits. - Other duties as assigned.
