• Technical ownership for the development and delivery of product features as a member of an agile team in our global Engineering organization. • Provide subject matter expertise on multiple functional areas. • Work on a Scrum Team using Agile principles and methodology; • Fix complex bugs, provide solutions, and improve the current system. • Explore and study new technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest technical changes in the market. • Coach team members on design and implementation of features. • Responsible for code reviews for multiple teams. • Support and collaborate with partner teams within Zaloni on client engagements. • Assign tasks and guide development for less experienced team members.
• As a member of the Software Architecture team, you will help define, design and deliver new features in Zaloni’s data management product Arena. • You will provide thought leadership and drive innovation to define and realize Zaloni’s next generation of product offerings. • You will collaborate with multiple internal teams Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing and have the opportunity to influence company strategy. • Guide and empower scrum teams to continuously improve on quality, agility and velocity. • Partner with the Product Management team to define features for scrum teams. • Help move towards self-empowered scrum teams by coaching and assisting scrum team members to take on feature and story grooming. • Help with the solution approach for features. • De-risk features through targeted research spikes and prototypes. • Investigate technical feasibility for new design directions. • Provide cross-team guidance on best practices for design, code, test. • Help unblock the feature, CRR and DevOps teams.
Technical Project Manager

• Develop and maintain multiple project schedules, issues, risks, dependencies, status, and communication to key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle • Leverage Agile and Scrum principles knowledge to ensure that Scrum Team deliverables are met on time and within budget • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, End of Sprint Demos, Sprint Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions and document minutes of meetings and action items • Work with two or more Agile teams at a time with minimal supervision from the leadership team • Ensure Agile tools are current and have the correct status captured on each user story, and task level • Navigate the organization to remove impediments on behalf of the team • Generate various project reporting (e.g., project status, team utilization report, burndown charts) • Demonstrate strong leadership and effective decision-making and not be afraid to do things differently to achieve the necessary outcomes - identify process improvement opportunities • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to message at the executive level • Coach and mentor the reporting team on the processes. Empower the team members to develop new skills and be more productive. Carry out the mid/yearly performance review, offer constructive feedback, and be available for questions or additional training
