• Creation of SEA/PPC concepts, market analyses and account audits • Strategic account management and client consulting • Expansion and further development of SEA/PPC accounts • Open, professional communication with clients • Efficient integration of AI tools into daily workflows • PPC account management as a daily task • Conducting in-house trainings at client sites • Support and presentation of planned measures and concepts

• You support the design, implementation and operation of production-grade AI workflows and agent systems. • You integrate internal data sources and systems (e.g., CRM, reporting, knowledge bases, project tools). • You develop and implement automation workflows using Make, n8n and custom integrations via LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, open-source models). • You identify and prioritize automatable processes together with all business units — from reporting and content production to customer advisory. • You design, develop and continuously optimize AI agents for analysis, research, reporting and decision-making processes. • You build AI agents for areas such as SEO, paid media, content, CRM and internal knowledge work. • You evaluate and prototype with different LLM models and architectures for various use cases — in close coordination with the Head of AI. • You are responsible for team enablement through training, workshops and hands-on sessions — ensuring AI becomes a way of working, not just a project. • You implement GDPR-compliant solutions (on-premises vs. cloud, data processing agreements, data classification).
