Role Description Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery. - Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently. - Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly. - Collaborate with engineers and strategists to ensure the design translates well into the build. - Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed. Qualifications - 3+ years of commercial experience in product or UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows it. - Proficiency in Figma. - Comfortable with direct client contact and independent communication in meetings. - Strong English skills (B2+/C1). - Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload. - Availability of 20 hours/week with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET. - Comfortable in Jira or similar project management tools. Requirements - Experience with Webflow. - AI tools already part of your design workflow. - E-commerce projects in your portfolio.
