• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets. • Lead product marketing initiatives including machine launch campaigns, product positioning, and technical messaging development. • Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels including digital platforms, printed materials, advertising, and events. • Plan and manage trade show and event marketing strategies including booth messaging, promotional materials, demonstration planning, and lead capture workflows. • Direct digital marketing initiatives including website strategy, SEO optimization, social media programs, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising efforts. • Coordinate with Sales leadership to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth. • Collaborate with Engineering, Service, and Applications teams to ensure marketing content maintains technical accuracy and reflects real-world fabrication workflows. • Oversee development of customer case studies, technical content, videos, white papers, and ROI-focused marketing tools. • Develop marketing programs that support XOVR Parts & Service growth including service contract marketing, installed-base engagement, and parts promotion campaigns. • Support dealer network expansion through co-branded marketing tools, territory marketing support, and training content development. • Establish marketing performance metrics and reporting dashboards to track ROI, campaign effectiveness, and brand awareness growth. • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agency coordination. • Build, mentor, and manage marketing team members as company growth requires. • Drive accountability across marketing initiatives by maintaining timelines, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and schedule. • Compile, organize, and maintain all company marketing assets in a centralized, accessible location to ensure brand consistency, version control, and cross-departmental usability. • Other duties as assigned.

Department: Sales Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of Sales Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned geographic territory. This role manages the full capital equipment sales lifecycle, from lead generation and customer discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and order closing. The Regional Sales Manager serves as the primary customer interface during the sales process, working closely with Applications Engineering, Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver value-driven manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth objectives. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within structural steel fabrication, heavy manufacturing, OEM production, and related industries. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Conduct customer discovery meetings to evaluate production challenges and automation opportunities. - Present equipment solutions aligned with customer ROI and productivity goals. - Collaborate with Applications Engineering to develop technical proposals and solutions recommendations. - Coordinate and support equipment demonstrations and customer evaluations. - Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, contract review, and closing. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and forecasts within CRM systems. - Provide pipeline updates, forecasting, and performance reporting to sales leadership. - Monitor regional market trends and competitor 'activity'. - Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events. - Support customer transition from sales to project execution teams. - Other duties as assigned. We support a wide range of CNC machinery, including laser cutting systems, press brakes, robotic systems, plasma cutting systems, drills, saws, and more. Position Overview: XOVR CNC Parts & Service is seeking to fill multiple positions for an Laser Applications Specialist to provide expert-level application support, process optimization, training, and technical solutions for CNC machine tools. This role requires travel across the United States, and is ideal for a hands-on, customer-facing engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and wants to make an impact on our customers' productivity. XOVR CNC Parts & Service services, installs, and trains on laser cutting systems, press brakes, robotic systems, plasma cutting systems, drills, saws, and other metal fabrication equipment. All candidates must live within one hour of a major airport. Experience with CNC equipment is preferred. Experience with laser cutting systems is a strong plus, particularly with fiber laser systems used in metal fabrication.
