Role Description You manage all corporate communications activities: - Press inquiries - Statements - Interview briefings - Q&As - Background information Continuously expanding our network of trade media and journalists in the fields of technology, cloud, data centers, and AI. You develop and refine our brand story around AI data centers and Sovereign AI and translate it into clear messaging. Thought leadership is a key part of your work. You are responsible for the content of our website communication: - Structure - Copy - Case studies - FAQs You work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to deliver it. You conceptualize and create key assets in collaboration with our designers, including: - Company decks - Sales presentations - One-pagers - Factsheets - Materials for customers, policymakers, and the media You plan and create strategic content for all channels together with colleagues from across the company. “Structure” is your middle name. You value close collaboration with brand and design roles (internal and external) to ensure a consistent, high-quality visual identity. Role Description As an Operational Excellence Manager, you work closely with the COO to ensure that operational processes, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects are clearly structured and consistently executed. You analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop scalable standards, and actively drive key initiatives forward. In doing so, you create transparency, focus, and execution speed in a growing organization. - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and derive concrete improvement measures as well as use cases for AI agents. - Design and document clear target processes, roles and responsibilities, handovers, and standards. - Set up and manage project plans - including target state, scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and decision requirements. - Facilitate alignment across departments and track actions, decisions, and open items. - Prepare decision-making materials, management updates, and structured communication for the COO and relevant stakeholders. - Support the development of a scalable operating system for the company’s next growth phase. - Help introduce the right tools, templates, dashboards, routines, and AI agents to improve transparency and execution speed. Qualifications - Experience in Operations, Operational Excellence, Consulting, Project Management, Process Management, or a comparable role in a dynamic environment. - Strong understanding of scaling organizations, operational processes, interface management, and KPI-driven steering. - Strong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to quickly translate complex topics into clear decision-making and execution logic. - Solid project management expertise, including roadmaps, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - High level of execution strength, reliability, and ownership. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate confidently with the COO, leadership team, and operational teams. - Proficient with common tools for project management, documentation, data analysis, and reporting (e.g. Asana, Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools). - Experience using AI agents in an organizational context. Requirements - A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset. - A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working, without losing sight of the bigger picture. - Strong communication skills and the ability to create impact even without formal authority. - Comfort in highly dynamic environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous starting points. - A strong motivation to help scale an organization by improving processes, clarifying projects, and driving focused execution.
