• Develop and execute global key account strategies. • Drive design-in opportunities, AVL positions, and global rollouts. • Manage global RFQs, tenders, and supply agreements. • Build relationships with executive-level customer contacts. • Coordinate global sales activities across regions and divisions. • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and technology shifts. • Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations. • Align customer goals with WE eiSos business objectives. • Promote cross-selling opportunities across the WE eiSos Group. • Provide technical and commercial project support. • Coordinate multi-country proposals and compliance requirements. • Support product innovation and customer design requirements. • Track global sales targets, projects, and pipeline activities. • Ensure consistent pricing, service quality, and customer support globally. • Lead problem-solving and escalation management across regions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, engineering, supply chain, and product management. • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP project and opportunity records. • Lead global coordination calls and share strategic account updates. • Support long-term customer partnerships through strategic planning and service excellence.
