• Own the quota/number for your territory • Recruit/hire 1099 representatives or agencies where needed • Provide the practical field-training portion of onboarding sales representatives/agencies • Schedule appointments • Attend road shows • Model sales calls • Help cultivate the business locally • Responsible for the first sales calls/initial momentum after a representative is onboarded • Lead, mentor, and manage aspects of the sales force to ensure performance and goal attainment • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to executive leadership • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide strategic planning
