• Serve as a day-to-day program manager for Career Pathways and Skills grantmaking initiatives • Establish and manage trust-based relationships with grantee partners • Support sourcing of potential grant opportunities • Implement streamlined trust-based processes that reduce the burden on grantees • Maintain a deep understanding of American workforce trends • Coordinate with other grantmaking colleagues for timely execution of grants management activities

• Coordinate with the Co-Lead Ecosystem Partnership to align convening activities • Ensure consistent follow-through after convenings (notes, next steps, partner communication) • Set the meeting agendas for cross-team sharing and learning forums • Contribute to crosscutting work in the US and Canada by surfacing comparative work • Support the Co-Lead Ecosystem Partnerships and Initiative Lead engagement with external vendors • Provide internal administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy and Community team • Engage with partners before, during, and after convenings to support participation and gather feedback • Support the planning and delivery of convenings, roundtables, partner gatherings, and capacity sharing activities • Capture insights and feedback from convenings and partner interactions • Support the development and refinement of convening and capacity sharing tools

• Serve as the dedicated Product Owner for Salesforce Solutions, accountable for platform enhancements, feature delivery, and continuous improvement. • Own the Salesforce backlog and ensure work is prioritized to maximize business value and delivery outcomes. • Partner closely with Salesforce delivery teams (developers, admins, QA, architects) to drive high-quality execution. • Support stabilization phase following recent Salesforce launches, ensuring defects, enhancements, and user feedback are addressed quickly. • Drive issue triage, prioritization, and resolution in partnership with technical teams. • Transition the platform from stabilization into a steady-state delivery rhythm that supports ongoing BAU and roadmap work. • Gather and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items. • Lead sprint ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. • Balance competing delivery streams across: roadmap initiatives and new capabilities, BAU requests and operational improvements, post-launch fixes and workflow optimization. • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) and delivery teams. • Facilitate requirement discussions and ensure alignment on scope, value, and delivery timelines. • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and delivery impacts with clarity and transparency. • Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, user-centered, and aligned with platform best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, process redesign, and configuration enhancements. • Contribute to platform governance, release management, and long-term sustainability. • Collaborate with enterprise teams on integration between Salesforce and other internal systems (customer portals, support tools, data platforms). • Ensure end-to-end process alignment and data integrity across platforms. • Define and track delivery and adoption metrics for Salesforce initiatives. • Use stakeholder feedback and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and backlog evolution. • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, workflow automation, and process optimization. • Champion opportunities for continuous improvement through adoption insights and stakeholder feedback. • Use data, feedback, and delivery insights to drive continuous improvement across product processes and outcomes. • Strengthen delivery predictability through improved backlog management and release planning.
