Role Description We’re looking for a Web Developer who takes ownership; someone who treats the website like a mission-critical system, not a side task. What You’ll Own - Maintain and manage our current Joomla-based website - Fix bugs fast—before they affect customers - Keep the website running smoothly 24/7 - Manage hosting, domains, and backend stability - Handle API integrations + Hikashop systems - Improve speed, SEO, and overall performance - Continuously optimize, not just maintain Qualifications - Proven experience with Joomla (non-negotiable) - You don’t wait to be told—you spot and solve problems early - Strong experience with debugging and bug fixing - Experience with APIs, hosting, and backend systems - Familiar with WordPress and willing to learn Drupal / NextJS - You care about performance, not just functionality - You take pride in clean, reliable work Requirements - This Is NOT for You If: - You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative - You patch bugs without fixing root causes - You disappear when things break Company Description WorkMatePro connects small to medium-sized businesses in Western Australia with a skilled pool of professionals in the Philippines.
