• You will help us build one of the most exciting furniture brands in the German-speaking region. • Your task is to find out how people today discover furniture, get inspired, and ultimately make purchases via Instagram, TikTok and digital channels. • You will develop new approaches to digital selling together with our team, test ideas, analyze results and establish Social Selling as a real sales channel. • In this role you will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Content Creators and Executive Management. • Develop and implement social selling strategies for our brands and assortments. • Identify products and topics with high social commerce potential. • Create new sales approaches for Instagram, TikTok and future platforms. • Build a data-driven test-and-learn system. • Prepare briefings for internal and external content creators. • Manage and prioritize content projects. • Analyze which content actually drives leads, consultation appointments and sales. • Plan, create and optimize campaigns in Meta Business Suite. • Conduct A/B tests. • Perform audience analysis and further develop campaigns. • Manage advertising budgets based on data and results. • Analyze campaign, sales and customer data. • Derive concrete actions from the findings. • Regularly evaluate successes and failures. • Use modern AI tools to support content, analysis and campaign management. • Identify processes that can be automated. • Continuously monitor new technologies and trends.
