Role Description The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales will be responsible for executing and supporting the company’s online sales performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retailer e-commerce platforms, working closely with the company’s full-service online sales agency (Harvest Group). This role also supports the company’s Shopify-based DTC website and serves as the primary liaison between internal sales leadership and the agency. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for Harvest Group supporting Amazon and Walmart e-commerce - Communicate sales goals, priorities, and expectations from Sales Operations and Walmart Sales leadership - Review agency performance, deliverables, and reporting - Monitor Walmart.com and Amazon performance, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf execution - Oversee operational performance of Shopify DTC site - Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting, reporting, and inventory alignment - Manage and coach one Online Sales Associate - Act as execution link across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and manufacturing industry - Familiarity with Walmart.com or Amazon e-commerce required - Shopify or DTC platform experience required - People management experience preferred - Ability to pivot duties and tasks with a positive attitude - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
