• You will work closely with the creator and play a key role in strategically and creatively developing content • Develop video ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts • Write scripts for organic and commercial content • Conduct trend research and identify new formats, sounds & platform mechanics • Further develop humor, storytelling and content structure • Support the creative content strategy

• Identification and outreach to potential customers (outbound: LinkedIn, email, network) with a focus on qualified opportunities • Independently build and develop a strong sales pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment • Targeted customer outreach, active networking and event attendance to support sales, and the development and implementation of effective outreach strategies • Close collaboration with marketing to define target audiences, messaging and campaigns • Identification and development of strategic partnerships (e.g., agencies, platforms, integrations) • Continuous optimization of the sales process and testing of new outreach and closing approaches • Use of CRM systems for structured pipeline management and forecasting • Analysis of the market, competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

• End-to-End Verantwortung für die Generierung von qualifizierter Pipeline im B2B SaaS-Segment – mit klarem Fokus auf Revenue Impact, nicht nur Leads • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer AI und datengetriebenen Growth- und Demand-Generation-Strategie entlang des gesamten Funnels (AI first Ansatz) • Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Skalierung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (PPC, LinkedIn, SEO, Retargeting etc.) mit Fokus auf Pipeline und ROI • Konzeption und operative Umsetzung von skalierbaren Outreach-Strategien (z. B. LinkedIn, E-Mail, datenbasierte Kampagnen) in enger Abstimmung mit Sales • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer AI-gestützter Marketing- und Outreach-Ansätze zur Effizienzsteigerung und Personalisierung • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Optimierung eines Content-Systems, das aktiv zur Pipeline-Generierung beiträgt (nicht nur Branding) • Website-Optimierung für Conversions sowie für LLMs (SEO für AI-basierte Search / GEO) mit Fokus auf Demand Capture • Ownership über zentrale KPIs wie Pipeline Contribution, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates und Marketing ROI inkl. klarer Ableitung von Maßnahmen • Enge, operative Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team (z. B. bei Kampagnen, Messaging, Targeting, Follow-ups), um Marketing und Vertrieb nahtlos zu verzahnen • Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markt, ICP und Wettbewerbern zur Schärfung von Positionierung und Go-to-Market-Strategie

• You identify growth opportunities, design scalable approaches, and support their implementation from concept to market launch • You develop new product ecosystems and business models based on the individual brand identity of our creators • You derive robust product concepts and elaborate them taking into account market, audience, and competitor analyses • You are responsible for ensuring strategic consistency between creator positioning and the business model • You build efficient processes and structures for implementing new projects and continuously improve them • You develop scalable frameworks for repeatable business models • You develop overarching communication strategies for online and offline channels • You derive coherent brand and marketing strategies from each product concept • You are responsible for managing brand perception in alignment with the creator brand • You work closely with project management and operational teams • You identify and secure relevant partners to implement the business models • You hand over clearly defined strategies and concepts to implementation teams • You are responsible for the targeted and structured realization of projects

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn rate and increase customer satisfaction based on KPIs. • Onboard, proactively manage, and support our customers in using our data platform. • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand and communicate customer needs. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, training, support, and on-site visits to key customers. • Develop best practices and success stories to serve as references for existing and new customers. • Bring prior experience and provide mentoring within our Customer Success team.
