Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Fully Remote - US Job Description: Responsive recruiter Benefits: - Employee discounts - Home office stipend - Training & development Pediatric Occupational Therapist — Telehealth WBT Therapy Works is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote pediatric Occupational Therapy services to clients ages 0–21. This is a W-2 position with part-time to full-time opportunities and a bonus payment model available. The OT will provide telehealth-based evaluations, treatment, caregiver education, home programming, and documentation in accordance with each client’s Plan of Care. Services are delivered remotely from the clinician’s home office. Responsibilities include: - Providing skilled pediatric OT evaluations and treatment via telehealth - Completing timely documentation from evaluation through discharge - Communicating with families to review progress, support carryover, and establish home programs - Maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality - Collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership as needed Requirements: - Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required prior to moving forward in the hiring process - Minimum of 15 billable hours per week - Availability between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST - Pediatric experience preferred - Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred, but not required - Strong communication, documentation, and caregiver-coaching skills - Reliable internet, private home office space, and comfort using telehealth technology Due to Medicaid/CMO credentialing requirements, applicants must have an active Georgia license before advancing in the hiring process. The SLP will provide telehealth-based evaluations, treatment, caregiver education, home programming, and documentation in accordance with each client’s Plan of Care. Services are delivered remotely from the clinician’s home office. Responsibilities include: -  Providing skilled pediatric Speech Therapy evaluations and treatment via telehealth  -  Completing timely documentation from evaluation through discharge  -  Communicating with families to review progress, support carryover, and establish home practice programs  -  Maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality  -  Collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership as needed  Requirements: - Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license required prior to moving forward in the hiring process -  ASHA CCC-SLP preferred  -  Clinical Fellows may be considered only if they meet Georgia licensure and credentialing requirements  -  Minimum of 15 billable hours per week -  Availability between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST/EDT for at least 3 days per week -  Pediatric experience preferred  -  Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred, but not required  -  Strong communication, documentation, and caregiver-coaching skills  -  Reliable internet, private home office space, and comfort using telehealth technology  Due to Medicaid/CMO credentialing requirements, applicants must have an active Georgia license before advancing in the hiring process.
