Title: SPA RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME Location: Lakeland United States Job type: Onsite Time Type: part Time Job Description: Essential Functions: Schedule/confirm appointments daily by phone call and appointment card. Responsible for mailings - ie special events; promotional events; missed appointments, etc. Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure. Making sure they are comfortable, offering beverages, etc… Checking guests out at register, auditing the money drawer prior to shift and at end of shift and totaling out the drawer at the end of the day and making sure the correct receipts correlate to the end daily total. Keep reception area clean and neat at all times Schedules patients for Botox/Filler appointments within ENT department Schedules and cancels appointments accurately following physician, provider, desk and location protocols. Proportionately arrives and schedules appointments. Notifies and reschedules bumped patients in a timely manner. Provides additional clerical support to the call center as requested and/or needed for special projects. Works the ENT work queue list to schedule patients from referrals in house; as well as processing outside referrals for ENT. Requirements Required Education and Experience : High school graduate or equivalent (GED). Prior experience with secretarial or front desk.
