Role Description Are you a self-starter who gets energy from owning programs end-to-end? The kind of person who thrives when you are trusted to figure it out, run with it, and put your fingerprints on how a company grows? If so, keep reading. Walters Hospitality is a high-growth hospitality company behind 45+ stunning event venues across four regions, where weddings, milestone celebrations, and once-in-a-lifetime moments happen every weekend. We are growing fast, both within our current footprint and into new markets. Behind every great event is a great team, and behind a great team is a great talent operation. We are looking for our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to build that operation with us. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to our Director of Team Member Experience. Your primary recruiting focus will be hiring our Venue Sales Specialists, the team that books the weddings, milestones, and corporate events at the heart of our business. Beyond that, you will be a one-person talent powerhouse with the autonomy to build, the resources to win, and meaningful exposure to senior leaders during venue acquisitions and new market launches. What You’ll Do - Build the Recruiting Engine: Own full-cycle hiring for our Venue Sales Specialists (15 to 20 per year). Build proactive pipelines, run a sharp candidate experience, and deliver hires that win. - Launch New Markets With Us: Build the recruiting playbook for opening new venues and entering new markets. As we grow, you will be the person standing up our recruiting muscle on the ground. - Quarterback Our Vendors: Own the relationships with HireClix (our recruitment marketing agency), LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and any new partners we add. Your work shows up where the big decisions get made. Qualifications - A self-starter who does not wait for direction. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. - A polished communicator.
