Role Description This is not a typical Sales Development Representative role. We’re looking for our first dedicated AI-Native SDR to help build the next generation of WalletConnect’s go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, your primary responsibility is generating pipeline and creating qualified opportunities for the commercial team, but because we’re still building, you’ll also have a rare opportunity to shape how that happens. - Generate Pipeline - Your primary responsibility is creating qualified opportunities for the commercial team. - Identify and engage target accounts across priority segments. - Build prospecting campaigns and outbound sequences. - Research prospects and personalise outreach at scale. - Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities. - Support account-based marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams on strategic target accounts. - Lead Our AI Prospecting Efforts - Become WalletConnect’s expert in Clay and modern AI-powered GTM tooling. - Build prospecting, enrichment, and account prioritisation workflows. - Use AI to automate research and improve outreach quality. - Identify manual processes and replace them with scalable systems. - Continuously test new tools, workflows, and growth techniques. - Share successful approaches across the wider commercial team. - Activate Our Existing User Base - Segment and categorise existing users by commercial potential. - Identify high-potential accounts within our current network. - Create targeted activation campaigns. - Surface expansion and upsell opportunities. - Turn product usage data into commercial conversations. - Partner With Marketing - Execute campaigns and follow up on events. - Identify and refine target account lists. - Run messaging and positioning experiments. - Test new channels and optimise lead generation. - Own Long-Tail Commercial Opportunities - Qualify and manage inbound opportunities. - Handle smaller merchant conversations end-to-end. - Close straightforward commercial opportunities. - Build repeatable processes for handling long-tail demand. Qualifications - Experience in an SDR, BDR, Growth, or Demand Generation role. - Strong prospecting and outbound skills. - Experience using modern GTM tooling. - High curiosity and proven experimentation with AI tooling. - Strong written communication skills. - Analytical mindset and comfort working with data. - Ability to work independently and operate in ambiguity. - Desire to build — not just execute. Role Description This is a Senior Product Manager position on the Merchant Experience team within WalletConnect Pay. You'll work closely with the Head of Product to shape and scale the merchant side of the platform. This includes the tools and integrations that businesses rely on to accept on-chain payments. This role sits at the intersection of payments product and crypto native infrastructure. You'll own: - Merchant facing surfaces end-to-end - Checkout SDKs - The merchant dashboard - Onboarding and KYB - Settlement and reporting You'll help translate complex protocol primitives into a checkout experience that merchants and their developers can adopt without friction. You'll also drive the discovery work behind the roadmap, talking directly to merchants and integrators to ensure we're building what actually moves their numbers. Day-to-day, you'll work in PRDs, dashboards, and discovery calls; pair directly with design and engineering leads without a layer in between; and hold the line on metrics like: - Merchant activation - Integration time-to-first-transaction - Checkout conversion - Settlement reliability You'll own the merchant outcomes of what you ship, including instrumentation, qualitative signal, and the feedback loop back into the roadmap. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Payments Manager (US) to accelerate adoption of our payments stack among leading payment service providers (PSPs), fintechs, and enterprise partners across US.
