Role Description The Director of Customer Success is a strategic leader responsible for driving long-term customer retention, value realization, and account growth by shaping the vision, strategy, and operational frameworks of the Customer Success team. This role oversees the end-to-end customer lifecycle, partnering cross-functionally to influence product direction, optimize customer experience, and scale processes that improve team efficiency and customer outcomes. The Director leads and develops the Customer Success team, serves as the senior escalation point for high-impact needs, and uses data-driven insights to build scalable programs, playbooks, and best-practice methodologies that elevate customer satisfaction and support the company’s growth objectives. Role Description The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms with a current focus on Microsoft Azure, while helping prepare and execute an eventual transition to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is responsible for creating reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure; owning Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and environment automation; and improving system observability, resilience, and operational excellence. - Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and platform services in Azure; plan and execute migration patterns to AWS. - Own CI/CD and environment automation (build, test, deploy, release) to enable safe, repeatable delivery. - Implement and evolve observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) to improve reliability, performance, and incident response. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across cloud, networking, CI/CD, and platform services; contribute to on-call/incident practices. - Partner cross-functionally (application, data, platform) through sprint ceremonies to define standards and uplift delivery practices. Qualifications - 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles supporting production systems. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, IAM (Identity and Access Management), and monitoring. - Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or demonstrated ability to design for multi-cloud portability and future migration. - Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform (ARM/Bicep or CloudFormation beneficial). - Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for modern applications or data workflows. - Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker; Kubernetes on AKS/EKS). - Experience implementing observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and contributing to incident response for distributed systems. - Proven ability to debug complex production issues across infrastructure, deployments, and application layers, and to collaborate across engineering, data, and security teams. Requirements - Experience planning or supporting cloud migration initiatives between Azure and AWS, or from on-premises environments to the cloud. - Familiarity with cost optimization, capacity planning, or cloud financial operations. - Exposure to data-intensive workloads such as data pipelines, batch processing, or crawling systems. - Experience with secrets management or policy‑as‑code frameworks and general cloud compliance practices. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred. - 5 - 7 years of experience in similar field. - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles with exposure to both AWS and Azure preferred.
