• Collaborating with peers in business development, technology, design, and science. • Main point of contact with clients, helping them to follow our processes and helping them understand and prioritize the users' needs that their projects will need to fulfill to be a success. • Responsible for the budget and the timeliness of our projects, as well as keeping team members informed and engaged so they perform at their best. • Understand the user's needs, challenge solutions, and help the client prioritize requirements to build the best project possible within time and budget. • Description of how our teams work at Vizzuality, to help clients understand the project process and the key collaboration points along the way. • Responsible for ensuring projects are developed on time and to the highest quality. • Spend a lot of your time being the point of contact between the client and the project team, understanding and translating mutual needs, to add value to the project. • Comfortable working with different people, across different cultural contexts and backgrounds, and time zones.

• You will work with agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies. • Liaising with data scientists, engineers (Front, Back), project managers, and designers to find novel and creative technical solutions that solve specific client/project needs and integrate disparate technologies such as remote sensing, machine learning, image processing or statistical computing into public APIs. • Ensuring software quality, robustness, and compliance with standards by reviewing code, documenting, and creating automated tests. • Prototyping solutions using new technologies to push the boundaries of what can be done in terms of capacity, speed, and functionality. • You will learn and experiment with new technologies to understand how evolving trends affect our domain and apply them to our projects.

• Work with a world-class team of engineers, designers, scientists, and project managers. • Manage cloud infrastructure, write Infrastructure as Code, configure CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues. • Design and develop cross-functional, multi-platform application systems to ingest, process, analyze, and serve large amounts of data in the cloud, often in real-time. • Liaise with data scientists, front-end engineers, project managers, and designers to find novel and creative technical solutions. • Communicate with users, colleagues, leading scientists, and decision-makers to collect requirements and define product strategy. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure the platform is resilient, observable, and maintainable. • Ensure software quality, robustness, and compliance with standards by reviewing code, documenting, and creating automated tests.
