• Independently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Monitor outstanding items and proactively communicate with health and long‑term care insurers • Take responsibility for the complete accounting of our care services using DATEV Rechnungswesen (DATEV Rewe) and DUO • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB for all care services • Continuously optimize and digitalize financial processes

• Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenkonten • Überwachung offener Posten sowie proaktive Kommunikation mit Kranken- und Pflegekassen • Verantwortung für die gesamte Buchhaltung unserer Pflegedienste unter Nutzung von DATEV Rechnungswesen (DATEV Rewe) und DUO • Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB für alle Pflegedienste • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse
