Role Description Elevating Pain and Vein Management: Join National VIP in delivering compassionate care and shaping the future of Pain and Vein Medicine. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and oversee landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets. This role serves as the tenant-side liaison during design and construction, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects remain aligned with clinical requirements, timelines, budgets, and opening readiness. We are in search of an energetic individual who is enthusiastic about learning and making valuable contributions to our clinical team. - Oversee and coordinate multiple landlord-led clinic buildouts simultaneously - Serve as tenant-side liaison with landlords, architects, and contractors - Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements - Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation - Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify progress and quality - Coordinate handoff from construction completion to clinic launch teams - Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness Qualifications - Strong organizational and communication skills (critical) - 1+ year of construction project management experience (commercial or healthcare preferred) - Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred - Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Preferred experience in healthcare, medical office, or multi-site retail development - Background working with landlords and third-party contractors - Proficiency in Google Suite Requirements - Travel required to clinic sites as needed, up to 20% travel - Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - Traveling expenses covered by the organization Benefits - Competitive salary - Paid holidays - Vacation time - Sick leave - Health insurance - Salary $60k per year + bonus ($80k+) - Opportunity to support rapid national expansion - High-impact role with visibility across leadership

The clinic implementation specialist will be responsible for assisting with research, selection, execution and integration of de novo clinics. This role requires excellent communication skills, high levels of accountability and organization, and a team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, construction management, and facility setup, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. We are in search of an energetic individual who is enthusiastic about learning and making valuable contributions to our clinical team. - Assist in developing and executing detailed project plans and timelines for new clinic openings. - Coordinate with stakeholders including operations, HR, marketing, IT, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. - Assist with the selection and build-out of clinic locations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. - Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of construction and setup. - Conduct site visits, track progress, and manage issue resolution during the construction phase. - Proactively address challenges that may impact timelines, budgets, or quality. - Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and training of clinic staff. - Work closely with IT to ensure the deployment of necessary technology, equipment, and systems. - Coordinate supply chain and logistics to ensure all clinical and operational supplies are procured and available before opening. - Oversee the transition from project to operations, ensuring a smooth handover to clinic leadership. - Conduct post-opening reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement in future clinic launches. Qualifications - Associates degree or higher. - 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations OR clinical experience in a vein clinic with full-scope understanding of clinic operations. - Proven track record of managing de novo clinic or similar facility openings from concept to completion or a strong record of performance within a clinical team. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across all levels of the organization.
