• Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive operational excellence, and achieve business goals. • Responsible for developing high-performing store leadership teams, executing brand strategies, and ensuring that each store reflects the values and culture of the brand. • Maximize district profitability by setting clear direction and supporting stores in achieving sales, expense, and inventory goals. • Recruit, hire, and retain diverse, high-caliber talent; ensure stores optimally staffed and succession plans are in place. • Conduct regular training sessions and check-ins on a quarterly basis to reinforce operational standards, leadership competencies, and brand expectations. • Partner with HR and Talent Development teams to identify training needs and track progress across the district. • Conduct regular store visits, audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and policies. • Champion customer service by modeling brand-specific service standards and addressing customer feedback promptly. • Oversee annual Performance Appraisal process, Personal Development Plans, and succession planning.

• Coordinate and maintain marketing program for wholesale retail partners • Foster trust and collaboration with wholesale accounts • Support seasonal plans to drive brand awareness and traffic • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing support • Provide proactive communication and support for sales managers and accounts • Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams for alignment • Manage co-op advertising claims and expenses • Track campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations • Maintain scalable solutions for account partners • Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth.
