• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product and Design, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way • Build sourcing pipelines for competitive engineering roles, which includes applying AI-assisted sourcing to identify passive technical talent, using tools that go beyond keyword matching to surface candidates based on skills, contributions, and project history • View the candidate experience as a craft that you are consistently refining and delivering at an exceptional level • Leverage AI tools to quickly build fluency in new technical domains (e.g., understanding a new stack or role spec), enabling credible engagement with technical hiring managers and candidates • Partner closely with EPD hiring managers to define role requirements, refine talent profiles, and build effective, consistent technical interview and candidate feedback processes. • Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, recruiting cycle patterns, and offer acceptance rate • Partner with technical leaders to develop hiring rubrics and leveling criteria for technical roles

• Engage with customers through Zendesk and other channels to support product questions, configuration issues, bugs, and unexpected system behavior • Perform initial investigation and troubleshooting by reviewing logs, audit history, debug tools, and other internal diagnostics to identify root causes where possible • Reproduce reported issues when they can’t be resolved through investigation alone • Triage confirmed or unresolved issues to Product and Engineering, clearly documenting the customer’s problem and observed behavior, steps taken to investigate or reproduce the issue, and relevant context or artifacts (e.g., configuration details, data files, XML) • Continuously advocate for improvements to the product, our processes, and our tooling to create a better experience for our customers and our staff • Develop deep product expertise to guide customers through specific workflows, features, and system behavior • Approach every interaction with empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to improving the customer experience • Contribute to scalability by documenting product functionality and common workflows in our Help Center, identifying trends and recurring pain points across tickets, and proactively sharing insights with Product, Design, and Engineering

IT Operations Specialist (contract) Location: Ireland (remote) Shift: Rotating Shift Pattern (details to be discussed) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dundalk. In this role, you will be working as part of a global IT Operations team. As part of the team, you are responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and smooth operation of Vesta’s services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to maintain service stability. Responsibilities: - Monitor applications, infrastructure and networks, proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Create and respond to incidents and service requests, escalating as needed and providing timely resolution. - Utilize monitoring tools to analyze system performance and identify trends. - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement changes. - Communicate and collaborate with Vesta’s Partners to help identify and resolve issues. - Maintain accurate documentation of knowledge articles, processes, and procedures. - Identify and aid in the Implementation of automation to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: Essential - Proven experience in an IT Operations role, preferably in a 24/7 environment. - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. - Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Splunk. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex IT environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable - Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware). - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). - Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash). - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Experience with APIs (SOAP and REST). - Understanding of file transfer protocols and technologies. per hour
