• Participate in customer discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops. • Assist with configuring and implementing VersaFile software solutions. • Support software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities. • Help create implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment documentation. • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. • Support content migration projects between document management and enterprise platforms. • Analyze customer data structures and business processes to support migration planning. • Assist with data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities. • Perform quality assurance, testing, and reconciliation of migrated content. • Investigate and resolve migration or integration issues. • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout project delivery. • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, consultants, and architects. • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles. • Participate in product feedback discussions and continuous improvement efforts.

• Build event-driven backend features end-to-end • Wire features through the React + Material-UI admin GUI • Refactor legacy code • Integrate docuflow with new content systems • Write documentation alongside the code

• Build features under the guidance of senior engineers (REST APIs, message-queue workers, AWS integrations, and the React + Material-UI admin pages that go with them) with the tests to back them up • Fix bugs and improve test coverage as you learn the codebase • Real tickets, real customer impact, not toy starter tasks • Refactor and clean up code as you spot opportunities, with senior review and feedback to sharpen your judgement • Get exposure to the full stack (backend services, frontend forms and dialogs, message queues, cloud integrations) and find the areas you want to go deep on • Write the documentation alongside the code, not after • Pair regularly, ask questions liberally, and bring your own perspective to code reviews.
