• Help improve existing code base by improving memory and compute efficiency; • Develop new automation pipelines for preparing datasets and running experiments; • Move research into production; • Collaborate with a team of accomplished ML scientists and chemists.

• Design, implement, test, and refine novel elements of a machine learning architecture built to optimize the properties of small molecule drugs; • Continually improve the robustness of the existing code base; • Apply the pipeline to new drug targets.

• Help manage various projects by communicating internally and externally to meet project goals • Plan, facilitate, execute, and deliver projects within agreed-upon timelines, resources, and objectives • Understand the scientific project aims, coordinate team members, and keep the project moving forward by identifying and addressing any issues • Document major objectives and milestones, and resources required, and work with scientific/technical leads to map out tasks and timelines • Establish and coordinate communication methods, including regular team meetings, individual break-out meetings, and sub-team meetings • Maintain and distribute regular updates on project status to stakeholders
