• Take charge of and analyze homologation/certification dossiers • Serve as the client liaison • Manage tests and/or inspections (assess resources and monitor testing) at client sites, UTAC laboratories or subcontractors • Complete inspection forms • Collect and analyze test and/or inspection results • Draft test reports and/or homologation (type-approval) reports • Prepare manufacturer dossiers where applicable • Manage archiving of homologation files, documents and test results • Report to your manager • Lead technical negotiations with clients • Guide and support clients through the homologation process • Define and formalize test and/or inspection programs • Propose solutions and improvement actions (technical, procedural, quality, etc.) • Maintain expertise in applicable regulations • Develop new reference documents (procedures, processes, etc.) • Manage relations with regulatory authorities • Train and mentor colleagues in your area of expertise and/or on UTAC internal tools • Participate in continuous improvement

• Manage complex homologation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with EU and UNECE regulations. • Lead the preparation and submission of homologation documents to authorities. • Act as the primary technical contact for clients, guiding them through the homologation process. • Oversee and conduct vehicle inspections, focusing on emissions, passive safety, and active safety. • Compile detailed reports on test findings and homologation statuses. • Continuously identify and implement enhancements in technical procedures, quality control, and compliance practices.

• Conduct audits of production sites in accordance with UTAC reference frameworks and applicable regulations • Ensure the technical and logistical preparation of audits • Draft audit reports and other documents required to finalize the file • Evaluate and validate corrective action plans enabling issuance of the certificate of conformity • Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to regulatory audits • Draft regulatory summary guides (CoP) • Contribute to the creation and evolution of training materials with the UTAC training department • Deliver internal and external training on regulatory audits
