• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Center Management team • Serve as a key training resource by providing training, feedback, motivation, role modeling, and support to all Sales Center team members • Responsible for the training new Sales Center employees and supporting experienced employees to improve their performance • Create educational material, conduct training sessions, identify skills gaps, and ensure staff members stay motivated • Assist with answering incoming calls and/or emails as needed, directing calls/emails to appropriate Company Personnel • Assist the Sales Center Management team with daily operational and employee tasks as needed • Facilitate 2-week training program for all new employees • Liaise with supervisors and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching • Train experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance • Monitor agents' performance and provide learning and coaching opportunities • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in tracking agents' weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Assist management with scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics • Train and enforce sales center policies and procedures regarding sales techniques and appropriate agent conduct • Observe the daily operations of call center employees and identify any areas of improvement. • Regular worksite attendance in accordance with Company's Attendance Policy is required for this position.
Sales Center Supervisor

• The Sales Center Supervisor provides general administrative support to the Sales Center Manager and serves as the first point of contact for the call center agents. • This role will be responsible for assisting with the answering incoming calls and/or emails as needed, directing calls/emails to appropriate Company Personnel, assist in the training process of new/existing agents, direct staff supervision in the absence of the Sales Center Manager, as well as assist the Sales Center Manager with daily operational and employee tasks as needed. • The Sales/Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative functions and responsibilities while remaining focused on the training and development of all Sales Center Agents to build their necessary skills and knowledge so they can better support our customers and meet all personal and departmental goals.
Seasonal Sales Center Representative – Part-Time

• Responds to all incoming telephone call for Company-wide inquiries • Sets reservations and holds by working with customers needs/demands • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; forwarding requests to facility/management appropriately • Assists customers with any technical issues experienced with website • Maintains call center database by entering information into company programs • Effectively communicates with management and fellow associates • Regular worksite attendance in accordance with Companys Attendance Policy is required for this position • Other Duties As Assigned
